Tension Builder

How tight is tight enough? John Gray of Tokio, Texas, no longer ponders that
question when stringing wire fence. He welded a ½-inch drive socket to the
handle of a come-along. When stringing wire, he inserts a torque wrench into the
socket. He uses the wrench to tighten the fence to a tension he determined is
correct for his fences. Now he gets the same tension every time.
