TSC Wants to Paint Your Barn

TO ENTER: Open to all legal residents of the continental United States. To enter, mail entry and barn photo(s) to "Let TSC Paint Your Barn" P. O. Box 830863 Birmingham, AL 35202. One entry per person. Mailed entries must be postmarked by August 31 and received by September 12. Alternatively, email entry and barn photos to pfad_interns@timeinc.com. Emailed entries must be received by 12:00am CT, September 1. Entries must be submitted by the property owner. See entry form for details. Entries will become the property of The Progressive Farmer and will not be returned. Entries will be judged on condition of the barn, proximity to a major road, size of space available for painting and distance from nearest TSC store. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this contest without notice to participants if entries received by contest closing date do not provide Sponsor with enough suitable entries to award all prizes. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will have his or her barn painted with the Tractor Supply Company logo and mural selected by Tractor Supply Company and receive a $500 gift certificate to Tractor Supply Company. Estimated retail value of Grand Prize is $5,500. Three (3) Second Place Winners each will receive a $100 gift card to Tractor Supply Company. Four (4) Third Place Winners each will receive a $50 gift card to Tractor Supply Company. (Total Estimated Value: $6,000). Judges' decisions are final. The difference between the actual cost to paint the Grand Prize winner's barn and the estimated retail value will not be awarded. Taxes are the responsibility of the Winners. Sponsor and Contest Promoter are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail. Sponsor and Contest Promoter, their affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, communications network, website, Internet or ISP malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Any winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. In the event zoning or other local restrictions prohibit Grand Prize Winner from painting the barn with Sponsor's logo and mural, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit prize and another Grand Prize Winner will be selected. Winners will be required to sign statement of eligibility, release of liability, and provide a Social Security number for tax purposes. By acceptance of prize, winner consents to use of his/her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law., Employees of Tractor Supply Company ("Sponsor") and Progressive Farmer ("Contest Promoter") their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and suppliers, and the families of each are not eligible.
