TO ENTER: Contest begins March 1, 2008 and ends 11:59 pm CT May 31, 2008. Contest is open only to legal residents of the continental United States age 18 or older at time of entry. To enter by mail, send your name, address, phone number and e-mail address along with your Best Place Photograph to via regular U.S. Mail to "Capture Your Best Place Photo Contest" 2204 Lakeshore Drive, STE #415, Birmingham, AL 35209. No facsimiles accepted. Only one entry and photo per person. One entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2008, and received by June 6, 2008. Entrants can also enter by completing an entry form found online at www.progressivefarmer.com, and submitting the photograph with the entrant's name and address via e-mail to tscphotocontest@progressivefarmer.com. All online or e-mail entries must be received by 11:59 pm CT May 31, 2008. Entrants name and address must be printed on back of photograph, and entry form must accompany photograph for photograph to be considered. A representative of The Progressive Farmer will choose the best ten photos entered. Photographs will be judged based upon overall visual appeal and originality. The selected ten Winners will each receive a $1,000 gift card from Tractor Supply Company. Photograph must be original and not previously published, and Entrant, by submitting the photograph, expressly warrants that the submitted photograph is original, not previously published, and that Entrant owns all rights to the photograph. All photographs become property of DTN and The Progressive Farmer and will not be returned. By entering this contest, you grant DTN and The Progressive Farmer the right to edit and publish the photographs, with credit, in Sponsors' publications, products, and online services, and those of its corporate affiliates, or for publicity purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrant, by submitting a photograph for consideration, expressly waives any and all right to legal action against Sponsors based upon Sponsors' use of the submitted photograph, including any action for copyright infringement, and agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsors harmless for any costs or losses incurred by Sponsors as a result of legal or any other action arising from Entrant's photograph submission or Sponsors use of same. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize except at discretion of Sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes, and any fees on prizes are the responsibility of the Prize Winners. Any Winner who cannot be easily located by contact information shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Winner, as a condition of receiving prize, will required to sign and return a W-9, a Statement or Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Release of Liability within 14 days following the date of first attempted notification. The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if the selected winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Contest if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes, which in the Sponsors' sole judgment affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Contest. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, Winners consent to the use of his/her name and photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to release Sponsors, contest promoter, contest administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, respective owners, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prizes, or participation in this Contest. Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, whose decision is final relating to participation in Contest, selection of winner, and awarding of prizes. Information provided by entrant to participate in this Contest is subject to the Sponsors' privacy policies and by the privacy policies of any promotional partners.
