Sweepstakes begins 12:01 AM CST on January 3, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2007. How to Enter: When you purchase a subscription to Progressive Farmer magazine by mailed-in form or by online form at www.ProgressiveFarmer.com, your name will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. You may also enter without purchasing by filling out the subscription order form online at www.ProgressiveFarmer.com and checking the entry without purchase box or by mailing a postcard with your name, address and e-mail address to "The PF Utility Vehicle Sweepstakes", 2204 Lakeshore Drive STE #415, Birmingham, AL 35209. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2007 and received by January 5, 2008. One on-line entry per e-mail account. Each entry must be mailed separately. Open to all legal residents of the contiguous United States and Washington D.C., who have reached the age of majority in the state of their residence at the time of entry. A random drawing under the supervision of Progressive Farmer will be held by January 12, 2008. One Grand prize winner will receive a Bush Hog Trail Hand TH4200 in Bush Hog Classic Red (ERV: $7,799.00). Winner will take delivery of prize at nearest local dealer. The difference between actual retail value and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange, transfer or substitution of prize except at discretion of Sponsors. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the prize winner. Any winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Prize winner will be required to sign statement of eligibility and release of liability. Winner will be required to disclose Driver's License number, or other government issued identification number, for identification purposes and Social Security Number for tax purposes. The prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if the selected winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors' sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes and award prize to eligible entries received at the time of termination or suspension. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All online entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. No automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsors, their affiliates and parent corporations are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone communications, network, website, Internet, or ISP malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the sweepstakes.
