This is William and Helen Roberts. They run about 1,000 acres with cattle, pasture, hay and slash pines. We talked to them for a good, long while. They have a long time perspective on what's happening in the county. They're not all that opposed to the development going on around them. It is pushing up their land values—and taxes.
